What happens to my Pack Score if I return an item?
If you return an item, Pack Score points earned from the product price will be deducted from your total.
Do I lose points if I exchange a product?
If you request an exchange, your points stay active during the process. Once it’s completed, your score may adjust slightly depending on the final item’s value — but no points are lost unfairly.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by shopping with us, volunteering, adopting, fostering, donating, tagging us on social in your 4NML fit, and attending events. Check the full breakdown above in the “Level Up Your Pack Score” section.
Where can I see my current Pack Score?
You can view your points, tier, ambassador status, and all contributions on your 🐾 Pack Dashboard. Make sure you're logged in!
How do I submit proof for actions like volunteering or adopting?
Go to the Submit Proof page to upload photos, receipts, or details of your impact. Once reviewed, your points will be added.
