Refund policy
Made-to-Order Garments
Each 4NML garment is produced made to order specifically for you.
For this reason, all made-to-order garments are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless otherwise stated.
This policy allows us to produce responsibly, avoid overproduction, and maintain the integrity of our materials and craftsmanship.
Eligible Items (If Indicated Otherwise)
Certain items, when explicitly marked as eligible on the product page (such as select hats or t-shirts), may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@4nml.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order garments
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return and your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return non-custom, non-made-to-order items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to made-to-order or custom-produced garments, which are exempt under EU regulations.
Eligible items must be returned:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags and packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds (When Applicable)
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
