A house built for animals, not from them.
4NML ("For Animal") began with a recognition that could not be unseen. Animals were never separate from us. They were only placed at a distance, turned into symbols, materials, and background.
Fashion has always understood power. What we wear moves through the world before we do. It carries taste, memory, status, and belief.
4NML exists to move that power in another direction. A luxury house without animal-derived materials. A slower way of making. A structure built to return value to the animals this house was created for.
What the Work Holds
The value of each piece reflects what is held inside the work: material, labor, time, transport, and the purpose built into the house.
Materials are selected for integrity, structure, and behavior over time. Raw denim from Candiani. Organic cotton with a refined, substantial hand. Plant-based leathers such as Vegatex AppleSkin, developed from what would otherwise be discarded.
From the first meter of fabric to the final shipment, each piece moves through a deliberate chain of sourcing, transport, import, and finishing before it reaches its wearer.
The house is built around considered materials, skilled labor, precise construction, and a commitment that extends beyond the garment itself.
Made to Order
Production takes place in a small atelier in Romania. Each garment is made to order, cut individually from raw material, and shaped with careful attention to proportion, weight, and line.
Construction is carried out by skilled hands, not anonymous mass production. Detailed stitching, finishing, and placement are given the time they require.
Nothing is produced in excess. Nothing is held in waiting. Each piece comes into form for its intended wearer.
For Animals. Forever.
At least half of all profits are committed to ongoing sponsorship support for animal sanctuaries and welfare organizations. This structure is not seasonal. It does not shift with collections or scale.
The commitment is part of the house itself. Not a campaign. Not an afterthought. A permanent reason for the work to exist.
Beyond What Is Worn
The house extends beyond clothing. Time given. Care extended. Lives changed.
These acts are recognized through the Pack, where value is earned through what is done, not only what is acquired.
Purchases can build standing. So can volunteering, fostering, adopting, donating, attending events, and taking action for animals or the planet.
A Different Inheritance
4NML is not built to imitate the old language of luxury. It is built to change what luxury is allowed to mean.
