Shipping policy
Made-to-Order Production Time
Most 4NML garments are made to order. Estimated production time is listed on each product page and is typically 3-4 weeks before shipping.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Because each made-to-order piece is produced individually, production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on atelier capacity, material availability, quality control, or order volume.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Certain non-made-to-order items, such as select hats or accessories, may be ready to ship sooner. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2-5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders containing both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items may ship together once the full order is complete. To receive ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.
Domestic Shipping
4NML currently ships within the United States.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on the shipping address, package size, weight, and selected service.
Estimated carrier delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Free Shipping
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping may be available on qualifying orders. If applicable, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
4NML is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact hello@4nml.com as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipment processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact hello@4nml.com so we can review the issue and assist where possible.
If a package is returned to 4NML due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
